1993-1994 School Year EditIn her second year, she joined the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team as a Beater when it was captained by Cedric Diggory and she played alongside Anthony Rickett.
She played in the match versus Gryffindor, alongside Michael McManus in which Hufflepuff won 150-50. However, they were heavily defeated by both Ravenclaw and Slytherin later in the year. In this same year she became a friend of Ginny Weasley but only distantly.
1994-1995 School Year Edit
1995-1996 School Year Edit
In her fourth year, she and the Hufflepuff Team were defeated by Ravenclaw under their new captain, Zacharias Smith. However, they then defeated Gryffindor 240-230 and they narrowly defeated Slytherin.
1996-1997 School Year Edit
During her fifth year, her team once again defeated Gryffindor, 320-60. However, Gryffindor still managed to win the cup again.
Battle of Hogwarts Edit
She survived the battle and Malcolm Preece, who had had a crush on her since she joined the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team, asked her out, she accepted.
Club Career Edit
After she graduated from Hogwarts in 1999, O'Flaherty was offered a place in the Kenmare Kestrels in 2000. She transferred in 2004 to the Caerphilly Catapults, becoming captain in 2006 until 2008. She transferred again to the Montrose Magpies in 2008. She retired in 2010, when she was pregnant with Cameron Preece.
International Career Edit
In 2005, O'Flaherty was offered a place on the English National Quidditch Team and played for them until 2009.
Family and Later Life Edit
She accepted Malcolm's offer of marriage and they married in July 2005, aged 24. However, they did not have children until six years later as Maxine wanted to focus on her occupation as a professional Quidditch Player.
